Vengeance is Mine saith the Lord

Recently I had a dream that I saw a dump truck, or perhaps a garbage truck from far above. As it drove along, it looked like garbage was falling out from the back of it onto the road. As I came closer, I realized with horror that what was falling out were dismembered body parts of aborted babies. Then I looked at the ground and it was soaked thickly with blood, as far as my eye could see, the entire ground of the earth was soaked and flooded with dark, red blood.

This prayer I then uttered, or rather exclaimed to the Lord: "O Lord, is now the entire earth soaked with the blood of innocents? How it must cry to you for vengeance!"

How unfathomable is the mercy of the Lord that He would continue to send us rain, to grow our crops, to shine the sun upon us - even to allow us to continue to exist!

"Penance! Penance! Penance!"
~St. Bernadette Soubirous

PARDON PRAYER
MY GOD, I believe, I adore, I trust, and I love Thee!
I ask pardon for for those who do not believe, do not adore,
do not trust and do not love Thee.
~Angel of Portugal to the seers of Fatima

The cries have already reached Heaven (Genesis 4:10). We were warned at Akita of what would happen if we continued along this path. 101 tears from Our Mother. Ignored by a sin-sick society.

Thank you your this post. Sometimes world concerns make us slack in our prayer efforts. We need to keep up with our prayers and sacrifices for his horrible sin.
God bless

This reminds me of a dream that my mother had in 1978. She dreamed that she was in room full of people as if it was a party and also there was a friend of hers from church who really was a truly orthodox catholic. In the middle of the room was a statue of Jesus on it's back and it's arm were ourstreched. My mother went over to the statue and notice the hands were broken off. She tried in vain to get the hands back on, but they wouldn't stay on. She called out to her friend and her friend said it was time to go. My mother started crying because she couldn't help our Lord. That is when Jesus looked at her and smiled as if to say it is okay. The next day at mass on Saturday morning, she told her friend and asked if she had an answer to it. Mrs. Berg said no, not one right now. Later that afternoon, she called and said she knows the answer to her dream. Last night Pope Paul VI died. I think God still uses dreams to reach out to us.

Paul - you are right, the world is soaked with blood crying out and it seems the eyes of most are blind to it.

Gladys, pray for me...I'm terrible and offering sacrifices and often fail in this endeavor.

Richard, I agree with you. God often speaks to us still with dreams, perhaps because there He is more hidden. I have had very many dreams of a spiritual nature which are very private, but this one I felt called to share.
